Cardboard Tubes

One of my teacher friends found these cardboard tubes when she bought a new shelf and thought that Abby would love them. Well I had been saving them for an art project or something when she found them in my room today and she was so excited to play with them so we did. I wanted her to use them to paint with but I was still cleaning the kitchen table off so she just started playing. She used a belt to string them and she stacked them to make a "castle" and then she decided to make a boat for her baby :) She counted them and lined them up too. Hours of fun and learning and that was just stage one of the fun with them!!
