Farrell's Update

1 day down, 59 more to go. crap......

Ok, so the mile run was horrible but I made it. Tonight was our first cardio class and they focus on kick boxing. Phew, it wasn't too bad, till the end :) It was really fun for awhile. I really liked step aerobics in college and this was a bit like it so I did pretty well. This class they had us rookies there and also had some people who had been going for awhile there to help with technique and then buddy up with us on the bag. I was trucking along feeling pretty good, but once we went to the bag and buddied up......well then you could really notice how much of a rookie I was. My kicks to the bag were low taps compared to my buddies, hit powerful kicks. But it was my first class and just a starting point! Tomorrow is strength training, which I really like too so that will be fun. Eating 6 meals a day will take a little getting used to though!! Oh and who ever thought that the plank was ever a good idea!!!!!?!?!?!?!? By then end I will be able to do it though!!!!! Wooo Hoooo!!!!

Way to go Sarah! I hate plank pose too. Stupid Jillian made me do it in 30 day shred, so I just skipped that level! :)
